Speed training (only me)

*appears with chaos*....hmmm.....*i put weights on us and we start running on all 4's*

*i jump into the air annd starts to spin*....GAGATSU....*is about to hit the ground but stops and crashes*

*i jump and starts to spin*

*runs at a boulder and breaks it with my teeth*

*starts to spin and crashes into a boulder breaking it*

*i turn chaos into another me and we both do fang over fang on a huge boulder breaking it*

*i put on 700 lbs and starts to run*

*runs 50 laps and cpontiues*

*i jump into the air with the weight and i start to jump more*

*kicks*

*jumps into thew air and howls*

*starts to run on all 4's*

*runs on all 4's still*

*starts doing inuzuka style*

*chaos catches fire*.....burn baby burn....*he turns to 2 weapons similar to axels from kh2*

(ok all that never happened so im gunna start my new training)

we:*we both run 200 laps*

*we both run 500 more and add more weight*
