Tamoe 1: Near-Death Expirience

You must have at least 100 posts to achieve this and be taught by the uchiha leaders (faj )

Tamoe 2: Only achieved in a fight with a Tamoe 3 using sensei in which the current tamoe 1 Sharingan will force itself to evolve to try and keep up with the sensei.

you must have at least 400 posts to get this

Tamoe 3: Only achievable at Jounin level (considering the copying of any jounin level jutsu when the person can lay their eyes on the hand signs formed)Achieved through battling a kage level or high ranked Uchiha member.

you must have at least 1000 posts for this

Mangekyou Sharingan: Attained By Killing your Best Friend.You also Must Have Tomoe 3.Fake Best Friends will result in your sharingan Removed so you are a Sharinganless Uchiha

you must have 1500 posts to achieve this

Permanent Mangekyou Sharingan: Attained By Extracting Another Uchiha's Mangekyou.As The User's Mangekyou will fuse with the extracted Mangekyou Eyes.

you must have 2000 posts to achieve this
