This one will be alot harder to learn since its ANBU level, but it should be helpfull.

Its best for you to try it out on a shadow clone, so you could tell if you break a bone.

It's alright. It took me awhile to. Tell me what your trying to do with your chakra. That might help me out. So I can tell you what your doing wrong.

remeber, your chakra has to form sound waves strong enough to pass through skin. here. *hands you pill* This will give you some extra chakra to try again.
